Sharing God's gifts is a privilege and a joy:
Faithful Folk joyfully organized 6 events this year, and will also send members to lead music at the Advent Retreat held December 10-12th at Koinonia, Port Jervis, NY. Two of our events this year were benefits, raising over $3,000.00 for ELCA Global Barnyard and Crossroad Springs Institute. This brings the total donations raised by Faithful Folk since its conception to over $85,000.00. Thanks be to God! The event to benefit Crossroad Springs, held at Good Shepherd in Rockland County, was organized by Faithful Folk with the help of Greenbush and Naurashaun Presbyterian Churches, as well as Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, making this a fabulously ecumenical event, too.
